ZGI’s Asset Acquisition focuses on purchasing or leasing fuel-related properties such as gas stations, truck stops, convenience stores, and land. Property owners can sell or lease their properties to ZGI or enter into joint ventures with ZGI. ZGI bids on properties based on the best available market price.

For the biofuel market to grow, environmentally friendly biofuels must be available to consumers at economically competitive prices. ZGI’ existing retail fuel locations allow ZGI to distribute both petroleum-based fuels and biofuels, such as biodiesel, to consumers at competitive prices. In the United States today, there are 300 retail fuel locations that sell biodiesel, and 6% of these stations are ZGI stations. These outlets sell traditional petroleum-based diesel and gasoline fuel, as well as blends of biofuels such as B20 diesel fuel. ZGI plans to expand its network of retail fuel stations over the next four years to 50% of the market. Through the use of ZGI fuel distribution points, ZGI can promote and support the sale of environmentally preferred fuel sources and blends. ZGI can also adjust product sales mix to optimize sales.
ZGI Refineries
ZGI currently has agreements, alliances, and partnerships with local and international refineries producing biofuels. For example, ZGI’ sister company, Texoga, can produce up to 30 million gallons of biofuel per year using multiple feedstock such as animal fat and plant-based oils.
