Jonathan Tillotson, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Tillotson brings to ZGI an extensive background in consumer, energy and industrial products and oversees the financial operations of the entire group's worldwide financial health.
Mr. Tillotson started his career as a Tax Accountant in 2005 with W.H. O'Connell in St. Augustine, Florida and eventually made his way out West where he funcitoned as on-charge auditor for Mendoza Berger and Company . Throughout Mr.Tillotson's career, he has demonstrated outstanding leadership and financial management skills, with a particular emphasis in financial reporting and operations, accounting policy, business planning and regulatory reporting which have led to a distinguished track record in working with world class emerging growth companies.
Most recently, Mr. Tillotson was Chief Financial Officer at Sophia Partners, LP, an investment fund that was successfully acquired by a private equity firm.
At ZEONS Global, Mr. Tillotson is responsible for directing financial planning, accounting, tax, auditing, investment management, financing and investor and shareholder relations. Mr. Tillotson earned his B.A. degree in Accounting and Business Administration in St. Augustine and is a Certified Public Accountant
